Handling of Account queries

With all account queries it is very important for the client to be very clear on the problem that they are encountering with there municipality account. Any left out information can make it difficult to sort out the account to the best possible solution.

Once the sorting of the account has been finalized, all necessary information (documents) will be given to the client with a full explanation of why the account is correct or incorrect, may it be the municipalities fault or the clients mistake.
