CLEARANCE FIGURES AND CERTIFICATES
Clearance Figures and Certificates need to be obtained before submitting your deeds documents at the deeds office. These need to be obtained from the Municipality. Where we come in. We stand in the queues. We submit and get the figures and certificates on your behalf. We provide the service because you do not need the aggravation and can concentrate on your clients and business.
CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP ON PROPERTY
After submitting documents in the Deeds office the process usually takes up to ±21 days to be registered. Thereafter change of ownership takes place and new documents need to be submitted to the Municipality to ensure that
the change of ownership is registered there. We can assist and make this ordeal a lot easier and pain-free
OPEN AND CLOSING OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY ACCOUNTS
All accounts at the Municipality must be on the owner of the property's name. When a property is registered the new water and electricity account must be opened and the old one closed. Without doing this confusion can come in and later a rather tangled struggle that we would like to resolve for you now. No waiting in endless queues. No taking off work or going into town.
